Time flies so fast and we are now in the middle of May where the Cannes Film Festival is in full swing and there is the Monaco Grand Prix happening soon, But most of all, this is also the month where in France, we have a few holidays in the calendar and some vacation days that need to take before it expires, therefore, a quiet month in the office especially that May 2025 has a lot of faire le pont that we can take advantage of.

The weather is becoming warmer as June approaches, and I look forward to wearing my dresses again. Yesterday, I was at Villefranche sur Mer (photo above), taking a quiet stroll in this little town. Soon, when summer comes, it will be filled with activities and tourists again, and the beaches will be packed with people from anywhere who wanted to soak themselves under the Mediterrenean sun. Such is the life here in the South of France! 😀

Reading.  a history book about Europe. I’m still at the early days where France is still Gaul, and the German warriors have taken over the Roman Empire.

Writing. None at the moment. But I have a task to create a catalog that I look forward to do later.

Listening. This song “Wild Thing” kept on playing in my mind this afternoon and even made the bf listen to it lol

Smelling. The melting candle wax from my candle warmer lamp in my bedroom

Wishing. For continuous peace of mind that I’m currently enjoying

Hoping. For some things to come to a conclusion.

Wearing. a comfortable house dress lol 😛

Loving. The relaxed feeling after having a herbal tea before going to sleep

Needing. Water. More water. Also, more time to exercise. Sunset comes later now, so I have time to walk and for contemplation and meditation.

Feeling. Relaxed. I need to write some things down to remind myself of something.
